For our cake tees and sweaters, we ask that you read the product description and size guide to choose the perfect size and color! Should you need to return or exchange your order please return it within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund or exchange (*less shipping charges. All shipping charges related to exchanges and sizing issues are the customer’s responsibility).
The return address can be found on the shipping label on the package you received. Please also send us an email including the reason for the return / exchange and a copy of your receipt to shop@howtocakeit.com.
You will be notified by email once your return is received and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Exchanges will be processed immediately. Please note, as we offer many limited edition tees, exchanging the size of a particular tee or sweater may not be possible, in which case a refund (less shipping charges) will be offered.
