      Yo's Spiced Nuts

      Let’s go nuts!

      Warning: this recipe will make your kitchen smell irresistible. So if you’re planning on whipping up a batch of my spiced nuts as a component for a cake (like my Pecan Pie Mega Cake), you might want to double the recipe to have a bowl just for snacking. Your family will thank you!

      • 1 1/4 cups Roasted Pecans
      • 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
      • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
      • 2 Tbsp Cinnamon

      Wooden spoon
      Baking tray, lined with parchment or silicon mat

      Preperation

      Make It Melty

      Melt butter and sugar in a pot over medium heat.


      Go Nuts!

      Add the roasted nuts and store until coated.  Add the cinnamon and stir until combined.


      Get It Crunchy

      Pour onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a silicon mat.  Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.


      Congratulations!
